How to Reserve
Reserving Your Puppy, Step by Step
Bringing a Groodle into your family should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Here's exactly how the reservation process works, from your very first message to pickup day.
The Process
From First Hello to Welcome Home
01
Browse My Litters
Have a look through the available and upcoming litters to get a feel for who's here now and who's on the way.
02
Send an Enquiry
Pop through an enquiry telling me a little about your home, lifestyle and what you're looking for in a Groodle.
03
Have a Friendly Chat
I will arrange a phone or video call to chat about your family, answer your questions and help you find the right match.
04
Secure Your Spot
I will email you an expression of interest form for you to complete so I understand exactly what you want. A $500 reservation fee is requested at this time and it holds your place on the waiting list for a particular puppy or litter. A second payment is due at puppy allocation/selection (when puppies are 4 weeks old) with balance due when the puppy is 6 weeks old.
05
Stay in the Loop
I will keep you updated with photos, videos and milestones as your puppy grows. All families are invited into my home to meet their puppy once they're 4 weeks old, right up until they're ready to leave.
06
Bring Them Home
Around 8 weeks old, fully vet checked, vaccinated and microchipped, your puppy is ready for their big day with you.
Good to Know
What to Have Ready Before You Reserve
A little bit of preparation makes the whole process smoother and helps me match you with the right puppy. Here's what's handy to have sorted before you reach out.
- A sense of which coat type, size and temperament suits your home and lifestyle
- A rough idea of timing, including when your household is ready to welcome a new puppy
- Your deposit ready to go, so I can secure your place as soon as you've found the right match
- Any questions you'd like answered, nothing is too big or too small, I love a good chat
A Few Tips
Making the Process Even Smoother
Reach Out Early
Popular litters can fill quickly, so it's worth getting in touch as soon as you start thinking about adding a Groodle to your family.
Be Flexible on Timing
If you're open to a slightly later or earlier litter, I may be able to match you sooner, especially if your preferred coat type is in demand.
Ask Plenty of Questions
The FAQ page covers a lot of common questions, but I always love hearing from you directly too.
